Big Boy Room: DIY Drop Cloth Canvas Curtains

I made Levi some new curtains for his big boy room using this tutorial.
They were super easy and actually used painters drop cloth!

The first thing I did was cut the cloth into 2 panels

Then ironed them
and used my glue gun to ''hem'' the unfinished side
(3 sides were already finished when I used the store bought drop cloth)
Then I placed painters tape to add some stripes to the bottom

Finished panel
Here they are hanging up.
I love them.
Just the right amount of boy-ish!

Fun Fest and A Big Punkin!!

A few weeks ago, our life group had a fall fest/worship night/chili cook off. Levi enjoyed hanging out with Becca and Nate
and the playground
and tetherball
and of course playing on daddy's djembe drum

Justin and Matt led our life group in a family worship night
Precious pic of Levi praying
Playing the djembe

Levi loves ice
Afterward we stopped to let Levi touch the big pumkin at a local pumpkin vendor

Almost 3 ft tall this year

He never did actually touch it though....lol

 We had a wonderful night!
